My latest appointment to the Eskridge Chevrolet was because we were having a "low tire notification issue" on our Chevy Impala. The service dept. checked all tires and notification points and found no problems. My wait time for my vehicle to be checked was very reasonable and I was soon back on the road. We have had no additional "low tire warnings" since the visit to the Eskridge Chevrolet. We are always given excellent care while our vehicle is being serviced. We have recommended Eskridge to many other persons, one of which did purchase a vehicle for herself a couple weeks ago. A-1 rating from me.

Kind, considerate, helpful, quick and thorough. They called me and sat everything up. The service price was FREE. What more could you ask for in a dealership?

My parents were driving home from visiting us in Texas and the car started making a strange noise. They pulled in to Eskridge Chevrolet and a gentleman named Matthew came out to help them. He determined that the lug nuts on all four wheels had not been correctly tightened when they got new tires several months ago (at a dealer in another state). They tightened them all, made sure everything else was working correctly and refused any payment! Thank you so much for taking such great care of them (especially since they are from out of state and they probably will never see them again)!!!
